I manage a small sales contact centre and i am looking for a wall board sales display page. We are currently using Drupal web forms to log our sales (For daily stats only). I would like a wallboard display to show and rank the users and their daily sales count {Today's date} and total amount in real time. A simple HTML page that reloads every 30 seconds. Drupal Forms makes it easy as I already have a form created and can manage drop downs containing the user names etc. myself. But I am open to another solution, I can just see it resulting in more work for whoever makes the wallboard if they designed it from scratch and I have a seriously limited budget for this project. The node.js server would connect to the AMI ...Between the status lines are tiles that represent each queue member (agent). This should be able to reasonably scale from two to twenty agents. Displayed in each tile is the agent extension number (graphic shows agent name) and a time counter. The counter will be time on call or time since last call. We utilize WHMCS for our web services side for ticketing and billing and customer data. However we are also an MSP and utilize Autotask () for the CRM and ticketing. I am looking for an integration that would bring in Customer data and tickets. Preferably two way but if not WHMCS into Autotask is fine. We also would be happy to have some sort of product/service sync so when we update pricing or items in WHMCS it could push to Autotask. I am sure we are not the only ones that have this issues and would love to get a quote or possibly fund the development. Not sure what you do on resale contracts or code ownership. We will be primarily looking to retrieve data from tickets.
