I want this modified to display another queue instead of the one marked drivers on the attached screen capture. This will not be a difficult job to someone who knows what they are doing. The web interface is slow, so I commissioned a program that allows me to enter tickets offline and post them when I have a network connection. The program is 95% feature complete and has a handful of bugs. I would consider it very close to finished. All development code is provided I’d like the project completed ??" I use a SaaS product called Autotask that creates dispatch tickets for my techs. The tech then enters all the time they spend working on each ticket. At the end of the month, Autotask creates an invoice based upon all the tickets worked during the month. Autotask can then export the data directly into Quickbooks. The problem is that it is not formatted properly and doesn't include all of the original ticket info. Then I want to record the number of calls taken by each of the three extentions. There needs to be a way of resetting these totals to zero automatically at various time during the day and also a way of running a report over a longer period. I have mocked up a design of what I'm looking to end up with.
