Must show recent calls with option for administrators to have an option to listen to recent recordings. Must be able to login and logout of queue. Need a button to log out all agents from queue. We are mounting a flat screen in our company in which I want to display a chart showing the order in which jobs are to be completed with priorities, and what machine centre they are to be worked on. We are looking for a developer to help build a Wallboard for Elastix. The Wall board it to show number of callers in the queue, be customisable to how many queues to monitor. Show total calls waiting in the queue, number of calls handled, number of abandoned calls and the average wait time in each queue. When the number of calls waiting is more then 2 the queue needs to flash, when its between 3-4 calls needs to flash amber, then when its over 5 calls flash red and make a beep/bong noise. We need our ticket information data pump updated. When a user is disabled in Autotask it sets the @active id to 0. We need that to be updated in our database table. Currently the program just does an insert and is only adding new records. Also I would like some kind of log size truncation. Currently it grows infinitely.
