I am using the Vimeo screen capture Google Chrome plugin. At some point, I changed the settings on my Vimeo account to Private. This caused a problem, so I set it back to Public. Regardless, when using the Vimeo screen capture Google Chrome app, the recorder still defaults to Private. I change the dropdown to public while the video is rendering and it starts to show a thumbnail, but as soon as the video finished rendering and provides a download link, the screen below displays. When I change the dropdown from private to public, the link changes and the video is watchable, but the link still provides a thumbnail with an error message (see attached) and does not allow the video to play embedded which is how we mostly want to use the tool.
