To do this, I need a custom android module. The app currently manages the image upload iteratively. There is an array, uploadPhotoArray, with the file path for each photo that needs to be uploaded in the file. Each image is uploaded in chunks, see more detail in for reference. The custom module needs to work for Android 8.0+ in background without user needing to use app for it to still work.
