English audio voice over needed from german Screencapture (m)

Hi, We have a 30 minutes Software video tutorial recorded (Video editing Software) from a pc in german language. We now need a person who translates the voice from german to english: either text transcript in text form only AND/OR the voice over, spoken by a male person Proper English needed, good sound quality. no background noice. you send us the Audiofile (WAV) and we sync the file. if you are interested, place your bid (budget is not definitely) and tell us if your bid includes text transcript AND/OR voice over as well.
