Each user has a row on the seeme table. When you click seeme, I generate a unique link and update your location (lat and long) and status on the seeme table(ex. status=active). When you click seeme off I change the status=stop. Whenever you start the app it checks the status of your seeme in the database if it's active it start sending location updates. The problem is seeme doesn't send updates whenever you close and open the app
