As a customer Service Representative, I can say that I can do all task in a very good way.
I graduated Diploma in Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, Quirino State College, Quirino Philippines. After graduated my college, I started working in many company as a Customer Service Agent. I got a lot of knowledge and experience about Customer Service field.
My latest job was a Business Center Agent at Robinson's Inc. under Cebu Pacific Airlines for more than 2 years. Being an agent is a multi-tasking job because aside from doing a Booking Management, I am also able to answer customer's inquiries, updated their billing and data as well, I also serve customers by solving problem regarding on their complaints and to give them the best solution I could ever give. I also received a certificate from Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas for the seminars that I have been attended.
I am capable of doing all multi-tasking job and I am able to work for a long time with good computer connection and owns a computer.
