Our company is looking to hire for below: VIRTUAL ASSISTANT RECRUITMENT MIDDLE MANAGER SALES SUPERVISOR RATE: $5 - $7/hour The Company is looking for a freelance to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. You will perform various recruitment and general administrative and documentation tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings, screening candidates, preselection of candidates and inviting them to Round Robins; and other related tasks. For this role, strong communication skills, attention to detail and a good Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype and Zoom. Ultimately, you should be able to handle recruitment and administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision and follow the brief provided. Responsibilities ● Respond to emails ● Handle Recruitment Tasks ● Conduct Basic Screening ● Conduct 5 Minute interviews prior to Round Robins ● Train new Vas/Be interactive in the meetings and RR interviews ● Mentor the new hires ● Schedule meetings ● Manage a contact list using CRM software ● Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records ● Organize managers’ calendars ● Perform market research ● Team management and Teamwork ● Create presentations, documents and complete necessary documentation as assigned ● Address employees administrative queries ● Provide customer service as first point of contact Requirements ● Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role ● Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP ● Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office) ● Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) ● Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills ● Excellent time management skills ● Solid organizational skills ● Proficiency in the English Language (minimum B2 level) ● High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
