Write some Software

I am looking for an Oracle ADF mobile app and webservice to be created that takes a list of contacts stored on an Android mobile phone or tablet and writes them to a remote Oracle database. Before sending to the database it should be possible to manually select which contacts are to be sent and optionally enrich the selected contacts with additional data items. The project needs to be written for Oracle JDeveloper using ADF Mobile components and the webservice deployed to Oracle Weblogic. In addition to the above there is a requirement to seamlessly include DVT Hierarchy Viewer and DVT Gantt Chart views within the App as if they are part of the App (I believe that these views cannot be fully integrated as part of the app but rather displayed as web pages, although I would be very happy to be corrected on this). It should be possible for the user to interact with the views such that selecting a displayed task or contact (providing there is information associated with it) allows the user to bring up a menu that allows use of the local device features (such as to email or call the contact). Data will be provided to the App by making use of a webservice that is currently developed and available that delivers data from an application server (OBIEE) in XML format. There is also a requirement for standard web pages developed that will display the DVT Hierarchy Viewer and DVT Gantt Chart views as shown in the mobile app. I would like to treat this as a training exercise and so documentation will be required on the steps taken to create the project. The documentation does not need to be polished or overly formal, but the measure of success will be for me to recreate the project using the defined steps, copying and pasting the provided code into the appropriate areas as indicated by the documentation (screenshots and arrows are acceptable) Please read the full specification attached, preference will be given to bidders that demonstrate that they have read my requirements rather than just a standard cover letter.
