Support getting an existing JDeveloper project up and running

A while back I had a Java project successfully written and delivered for me using JDeveloper onto a Weblogic server (10.3.5). I have since decommissioned the server and want to migrate the project over to the new server WebLogic Server Version: 12.2.1.1.0. The software successfully compiles and deploys to the server, but I just can't get it to work. I'm not expecting any development work here, just a quick bit of technical support to get me up and running.
The Weblogic server is available online for remote support.
