Android Virtual Mouse Development

I am looking for someone to develop a virtual mouse Android app for me. The mouse should work with existing Android browsers such as Dolphin or Opera. The app should be able to perform all the basic functions expected of a normal pc mouse, to include moving a pointer around the screen, left-click, right-click, double-left click and sticky click. I have a very specific requirement in that I need to be able to perform a drag and drop function within a website using my Motorola Xoom. I will provide access to the website to the succesful bidder.
