Matching Pairs Game

I am looking for a talented and experienced games developer who will be able to design, develop and deploy a kids mobile app, based on the \"matching pairs\" games We will need iOS app,(and Android and facebook versions of the game after that). You will be responsible for the deployment and publishing of the iOS/Android app on the App Store (iPhone & iPad markets ),/ and Android App Market , (Google Play Store) Kindle and Facebook We will request ownership of the source code and host upon our own facility. We will expect the chosen developer to sign an NDA non disclosure agreement, to ensure the development is not leaked. The key thing about thus game will be the characters within the matching pairs game. Your artwork must be original and unique. We will request that we retain the copyright of these characters, and protect our IPR intellectual property rights.
