My client is in the process of setting up a new estate agency in Scotland. She needs a website which will allow easy content management and have a modern look and feel, and should not be complicated to operate. Speed of access is also important. The search facility should not be too intricate. The preferred solution would be an enhancement to a similar existing operational site. All currency on the website will be GB pounds sterling. If "shareware" is used this should be stated. I would also like to understand your approach to source code ownership, as I do not want my client to be tied in to the developer. Please give details of reference sites and likely duration of development. At this stage we are currently assessing which options are available. I should emphasise that the end decision rests with the client, therefore there is no guarantee that a decision will be made at this time.
