The Details of the Building: The house must have four bedroom with attached bathrooms, one common toilet cum w/c, one porch, living room, dinning room, kitchen, balcony, open terrace space, sit out. The Plan must contains the following: Floor Plans, Front, Side & Back Elevations, Sections, Sections off all of the Beams, Section of the Staircase, Foundation Details, Reinforcement Details of Roof Slab, Septic Tank & Soak Pit Details (Assume for 30 users), Sample Site Plan etc.
