Ver y administrar los tickets y los usuarios. 2. Que los usuarios solo tengan permiso de cargar tickets, cargar una foto de perfil y modificar su contraseña. 3. Que el cargar el ticket se completen los campos solicitados ya cargados en la BD, que se envie un mail al creador y a los admin, lo mismo cuando se finalicen.
