We have an existing Ruby on Rails project running on a soon to be deprecated Heroku Stack. It's a Rails 5 application, running Ruby 2.6.3. We need this project to be migrated to a new stack.

Toy Office was a Rails app using obsolete front-end tool Hobo. I had dropped the project because rendering many DOM object with many input fields was taking forever.
