We currently have a PHP script that grades tests, but it requires the teacher to manually type in student's answers. We have a Student Information System web application written in C#, MS SQL, .Net 4.0. Teachers can login and create assignments and enter assignment scores. We would like to add a new feature that will allow a teacher to create an answer bubble sheet (with assignment id and student ids already bubbled in - teacher will set the number of questions), print it and hand them out. After the assessment is over teacher will collect answer sheets, scan them into a pdf, upload this pdf back to our system where it will be processed and persisted into database as students assignment scores. Would be nice to give teacher an option to save his/her bubble sheet template for future use. This is a web application and will be a part of an already developed application.
