Hello, I would like to embed a unique form into each subscription product on my site, which buyers will have access to on their respective subscription pages in the "Subscriptions" tab of their accounts. The responses to these forms will go into a database external to the site, hosted on MongoDB. I only need the strictly functional side of this project which will essentially require knowledge of PHP (nice design is not required). My site is under WooCommerce, with the WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin (). I use Caldera Forms for forms, however I can adapt to another plugin if it makes the project easier.
