I plan on putting up a two-story shed by Best Barns (called Camp Reynolds) and need a civil engineer to stamp and certify the "floor plans with dimensions" in North Carolina. I have the floor plans and a few other items stamped by engineers in other states but the local county building code enforcement says I need a North Carolina stamp in order to get permitted.
