Virtual / Personal Assistant

I am looking for a virtual / personal assistant, preferably female, to assist with a variety of tasks. ? ****Anyone with experience in creating websites and editing current websites is a plus as I would like to combine my services needed into one project**** I co-own two companies, one is a medical recruiting company and the other is an event coordinating company, I am in need of someone to help me when it comes to a variety of tasks for both businesses, including but not limited to: - Contacting vendors - Obtaining estimates - Creating itineraries - Researching special touches that we can include on projects - Creating and returning emails - Creating databases - Creating, editing, and uploading databases to excel sheets and then to other web programs? - Updating and uploading files to online work programs - Returning phone calls - Being the first point of contact with our vendors and clients - Other clerical work? The tasks will be a few at a time, probably an hour here or there, I have listed 20 hours per week as the max I do not believe that it will be that many to begin with, probably just a few hours per week to start and then build from there over the course of the next year or so as both companies have a great deal of events occurring. ? I am looking for someone friendly, reliable, dependable, and most of all efficient that I can develop a long term relationship with.
