merge two facebook accounts, merge two twitter accounts

Hi there,? 1. I need my two twitter accounts merged into one. Currently can only ? post on one under a nickname. Need to close that account and be able to post under the twitter account in actual full name. Need to keep the twitter account with the most followers and someone invite the ones left at the page that will be closed. 2. I need my two facebook pages merged. One I made with my nickname, the other with my actual full name. I need the 2 'fans' and 10 invitees moved from the 'nickname' page to the full name page without losing any of the 1500+ 'fans' at that site.? Thank you.
