Help with customer support

I am currently a Customer Service Representative in a company right now. I am handling mobile accounts, I supported trough troubleshooting down to general information. Upon having such a job. I can say that i have the bountiful patience. I do love to talk, read and help people as well. Even on my line of job there is a irate customer. i am just focus and doing my job well done. there are times i did not resolve their issue but i am just happy that i can help them. I do have a past experience as a data entry. We encode Check information trough the system from the amount trough the names on the check. You can also called as a verifiers of all paper transaction of a certain bank.
