I have past experience as a customer service representative (ATT account), credit repair specialist, lead generation specialist, appointment setter, data entry and as an administrative officer. In these experiences, I have already develop a strong work ethic, time management, strong organizational skills, customer service, customer support, credit reporting and analysis, grant writing, funding contract writing, calendar management, email management, handling customer inquiries via call and email, sales and phone etiquette. I am also a part time social media manager of a credit repair company before and I handled my clients several social media accounts.
I am also a Bachelor's Degree holder in Business Management. With this, I know I will surely be a great fit to this position.
