Even for us danes, 300 EUR would be a fair price and enable the Freelancer to spend enough time on it to. An average price is 0,04 EUR pr. word for a translation where you are paying much attention to the content. I am currently translating a website of 66.000 words and I am paid 0,025 USD pr. word (around 1350 euro / 1600 usd) which I am more than happy about. Just a heads up, I don't want someone to trick you.
