Good day, I am a mechanical design engineer with work experience in computer aided design and computer aided engineering. I will do CFD external flow with ICEM Mesh by modelling the 3D model for FLOW DOMAIN using SOLIDWORK 2019 and save it in iges file format. I will export the model to ANSYS for ICEM Mesh and perform proper and standard mesh control. I will apply the boundary conditions as you have implied and generate the CFD results.
