ONLINE SIMPLE EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND ADMINISTRATION OF DATA ENTRY JOB

I have a simple Data Entry Job into CRM and Verification which requires 7-15 employees to gather Luxury Condo Development data (Address, Amenities, and other basic data and input into database and then verify looks correct on webpage. I need it done faster than it is currently getting done, but am to busy to spend the 1 hour of training of the employees and then verification of their work.
