I am new to free lancer and this will be the first job and am pretty excited about this ! Time line :- Once i get your confirmation to go ahead, the task will be completed in 1 day ( for weekend) and 2 days ( for weekdays) Technical Solution :- Will create a trigger on opportunity to achieve the same. The trigger will be written following the best practices. Experience on this object (contact role) :- Currently i have finished doing a complex module in which the requirement was to add addtional fields to opportunity contact role. Since this is not possible in salesforce, a new mirror object was created with fields from opportunity contact role plus the additonal fields. A trigger was written to keep this custom object in sync with the standard object (opportunity contact role). What i will require from you :- 1. Sandbox login 2. Production login ( for deployment)

Hi Greetings, We can achieve your trigger functionality through after insert event on Opportunity record. This will fire whenever the opportunity record created with your criteria mentioned, we can do the update in contact role of the opportunity as Primary. I have completed 5 salesforce certification Developer Admin, Advanced Developer, Sales Consultant and Service Consultant 1. My Understanding of Requirement: Client wants to capture the : a. Set the Account's contact as Contact role as Primary and Influencer to opportunity, if opportunity is created with same account without contact role. 2. Scope of Work Create a trigger, helper classes and their test classes for above mentioned functionality. 3. Expectation from client Client will provide timely assistance if needed. 4. Deliverables Technical doc will be provided after implementation. 5. Some questions: a. If account has 5 contact then which contact we should set as contact role for newly created opportunity.
