Assistant for a busy Online Seller and trader

. The industry is online selling and internatoinal trade in Alibaba, Amazon and some other marketplace, the business is a small, yet fast growing and global one.\r\n\r\nWe are looking for a true right hand gatekeeper to support the Founder & Managing Director personally. \r\n\r\nThe position is not reliant on location, but constant access and high level english speaking and communication is a must. If you are a company \r\n\r\nWe are looking for someone who may have experience in assisting similar positions in the past, but more so for some one who has a drive and passion to support, and can turn chaos into order. \r\n\r\nWhat you\\\'ll be required to do:\r\n\r\n * Manage & Maintain orders and email account\r\n * contact companies in Alibaba and discuss with them to close deals \r\n * coordinating with our suppliers and processing orders \r\n * Filter emails, highlight urgent correspondence and file attachments when necessary\r\n * Organise inbound emails into the appropriate folders and any relevant information to be copied into the correct file on the hard drive. \r\n * Respond to emails as much as possible, dealing with suppliers and buyers . \r\n *\r\n * Various Business Development tasks, such as research into new markets etc.\r\n * Updating Founders personal website\r\n \r\n * Various IT tasks\r\n *contacting companies who are working importers and exporters and arrange some deals \r\n * Booking in speaking engagements and assisting in developing content if needed\r\n\r\n\r\nWhat you must have:\r\n\r\n * Positive Attitude \r\n * Hard Working\r\n * Willingness and desire to always be learning\r\n * Strong english skills\r\n * Previous work in assisting similar positions\r\n * Professional writing skills for email and letter correspondence\r\n * Professional and strong English speaking skills for any Skype or phone communication\r\n * Capable skills with Microsoft Office \r\n * Capable skills with Mac Mail or equivalent \r\n * Capable skills with Design Software (Adobe suite - Will be ideal)\r\n\r\n\r\nThe position will start small, but we envision it go grow rapidly.
