interior design + 3d rendering for minihotel -- 2

I need interior design with 3D rendering for each bedroom and bathroom for my minihotel that you can see on on project.pdf. Below i write each ambient which furnishing must have: A) BEDROOM (camera) must have bed, carpet, 2 bedside table, small table, 1 chair, mirror, tv, wardrobe. B) BATHROOM (wc) must have shower, washbasin, wc, bidet, mirror, heated towel rails. C) MINIAPARTMENT (soggiorno/cucina) the same as bedroom but plus kitchen I attach some examples about rooms that i found in internet that i like at appeareance but if you have another style or idea that in your opinion is better then you can suggest! All ambient are small so i prefer that all ambient can result very bright so please use materials for have this effects. I image all ambient very elegant, clean, calm and relaxing. I will wait one example of rendering about 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom for assign this project to the best designer for complete all others rooms. Good work designers!
