Develop Flash Based Online Game - Car Modification Game

I want to create an Flash online game in conjunction with the SuperGT race. The game is about modifying cars eg. change rims, change paint job, change spoilers, etc.. This is suitable only for coders who have developed such games before. It will be too time consuming to develop the game from scratch. We need the game fast. **Quick Flow of the game :** 1. This game is only for invited players. 2. Simple password secure the game page so that only those given the simple username/password can get to the page. Allow admin to change this username/password if necessary. 3. Players must sign up (basic info like name, mobile number, email, country) 4. They can then select the car. 5. Modify the car. We hope to use Japanese sports cars. 6. Save the modification and submit for contest. 7. Allow up to maximum of 5 submissions a day. 8. Email generated to admin. 9. Admin can login to view the submission. 10. Admin can export in .csv file the database for future marketing use. 11. Winners are judged manually and winners informed manually too.
