Converting Latex Document to Word

I need the attached latex (pdf format also available) file to be converted to Microsoft Word format (preferbly WORD 2007's docx format, or WORD 97-2003's .doc format). The file is equation heavy and I would require you to ***retype*** the eqautions using using Word 2007's (1st preference) inbuilt equation editor OR Word 97-2003's (2nd preference) inbuilt equation editor. MathType (3rd Preference) OR All cross references (section numbers, equation numbers, theorems) should be inserted as linked cross references. Please note that equation numbers should be inserted as cross-references and not numbers. All tables should be inserted as tables. (and not pictures) Accuracy of the capitalization/subscripts/formatting in the equations is vital. The converted file will be checked by a highly trained mathematical copy-editor who is incentivized to find mistakes. Payments will not be made if there is more than an accpetable number of typographic mistakes. (~10 mistakes in the document). High Quality is essential. Please bid if and only if you are interested in doing quality work. To be considered for the project please submit Lemma 1.1 of the attached file converted into word format. This will help us ensure that you understand the task and evaluate your quality. This part of the work is for evaluation purposes only. Sincere work will be rewarded. ## Deliverables In additions to items listed below- I would need a doc or docx format file containg the text of the document. All equations in the file should be enetered using Word 97-2003's inbuilt equation editor OR Word 2007's (1st preference) inbuilt equation editor OR MathType (2nd Preference). KG 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
