Simple Software Project - Printable Business Forms

I need a small program (in .exe or .msi output) that basically just has some form templates etc. that can be filled out and printed by the user. I actually have some software that does what I need, and I can provide a copy of the software for the project winner to see what I need. Essentially, it's just a collection of business forms that the user can fill out from within the application, save to their computer and printout as needed with their input saved to the form. I will provide the .pdf's that make up the forms to be included. My logo will also need to be included (in the application, but not on the forms) and application should be protected in a matter than makes redistribution/reverse engineering difficult.
