ico-content clone for phpBB

I am looking to have a script that does what the program "Ico-Content" does for vBulletin forums, namely pulling contextual questions and answers from Yahoo! Answers or similar and posting them in a phpBB forum automatically.

Basically, through use of an API the script looks for information on Yahoo! Answers related to the topics on my site. It then creates users on it's own and asks questions, posts replies and seems to participate in discussion of the forum. It can be adjusted to create as many new users and post as often or as little as the admin would like. It is a very handy program for owners of vBulletin based forums, and a rather cheap version ($60?) surfaced for phpBB awhile back but I missed out. I would buy that version or pay to have a clone created.
