Music Licensing Lawyer/Expert – Cool new Audio-Video App Startup looking for help around music Copyrights, getting licenses from Publishers/Artists and right monetization strategies

We're looking for a Lawyer/Marketer which would help us with Music Licensing/Authorization Strategies, Consulting, Monetization and Marketing of our specific App case. No teams, no IT companies, just one individual, Music Copyright Expert /Marketer/Negotiator (our new team member) with good experience in music-rights/IT marketing, with first and last name! We are building a brand new audio-video-social app. We like to say we are something between Spotify, TikTok and Youtube. We are also authentic and original in our way too. We need a person which would help us create Music Licensing procedure inside APP/Web and rethink general Monetization of the app. In general, you would need to be our adviser for all legal and strategic planning. You will need to create all agreements and legal documents for our specific case. Our app right now can accept any music mp3 file, uploaded from our users and can be used in our app. We will need to use music from popular music artists in the World. For us as a small startup, it is impossible to contact all artists/publishers and ask for permission for each song in the world. That’s why we need strategy, which we will automate according to your suggestions. You should help us make automatic model how to protect original music artists/publishers in sense that we can verify them and fairly share profit with them. Also you should invent profit sharing model and negotiate best deal for us with big companies like Sony music, universal Music Group, Warner Music Group and Merlin. Idea is that every user, for any country can upload any mp3. After that we will need to get license from publisher so we can use it on all popular apps as youtube/instagram/facebook. We are content(video) creation app but we are app which should work with real copyrighted songs. Our mission is “connecting artists with fans” and all idea is based around that. Right now we are small team of 4 people, mostly programmers. We are building team of only few highest output people we can find. We do not need someone who will work for salary only, we need someone with vision, startup member, to lead us with your marketing/lawyer/negotiator skills and go with us on this mission until end.
