*Develop the estimation of State of Charge (SOC) & State of Function (SOF) using the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) in MATLAB, a precise calculation of the energy stored inside the Li-ion battery is crucial.
*Total battery power-1180W
*total of 100 individual cells each individual cell consist of 3.7V, total of 48V.
*according to all the above mentioned requirement i need the Simulink model, graphs, codes, equations.
*Initialize the filter: Define the initial state of the battery, including its SOC and any other relevant parameters.
*Predict step: In this step, the filter uses the battery model to predict the state of the battery based on its previous state and the control inputs (e.g. current, voltage, ).
*Update step: The filter then updates its predictions using the measurements of the battery's voltage and current. The update step involves computing the Kalman gain, which determines how much weight to give to the measurements relative to the predicted state.
*in the given below attached file is the battery pack like this it must be deigned and implement in the MATHLAB.
Hello this is Collins and am an Electrical engineer and a matlab expert. Having gone through your project requirements I do believe that I can assist you. Based on my understanding you need the estimation of State of Charge (SOC) & State of Function (SOF) using the Extended Kalman Filter (EKF) in MATLAB, a precise calculation of the energy stored inside the Li-ion battery is crucial.
I have previosly worked on The EKF_SOC_Estimation function estimates a battery's terminal voltage (Vt) and state of charge (SOC) using a second order RC equivalent circuit model. Based on this prior experince I can develop your project to completion.
