It is necessary to check the design of the mold, perhaps the injection molding machine has nothing to do with it. first of all, it's not offer. I think your machine has some problem. you can take support from your plastic material seller. they have data sheet of your ABS material's injection process. I think injection screw shaft design of your machine is not right for ABS injection process. 2mm thickness is good dimension for ABS injection. note: if you have questions, don't hesitate me. best regards

In my work I send you a technical specification with closing force, machine accept for the process. Check the quantities of cavity you can use. It’s possible make a 3D check about your product too. Maybe the problem isn’t the machine can be the injection too or your product design.
