I need to perform CFD on a wheel to see the flow characteristics when air is passed through it. I need velocity and static pressure zones. The velocity is determined when the wheel is rotating at a certain speed and the air comes from the front of bumper (parallel to the direction wheel is pointing).

This will need the whole assembley of bumper and all the parts around the wheel. This can not be done in 50 USD. If you do simple analysis results will not be right.
