Lakehouse Curb Appeal - II

Exterior design modifications to enhance curb appeal and create a look that conveys an upscale, modern house. This is a 3,600 sq ft house (with most of the sq footage on the back side of the house) on a large lake. The front of the house is single-story and 66 feet long. The front has just been done in solid brick and the twin decks are new. Each deck measures 6' x 12'. The concrete driveway was newly poured and a roofed area was created that is also 6' wide, but is 6 inches higher than the driveway, as a step up from rainwater that might be present on the driveway. The roofline has 2 slight changes in elevation, but is essentially a 66-foot long boring roofline that detracts from the overall appearance. Phase I will be developing concepts; the deliverable expected for this phase is images in either .pdf or .jpg format, showing the completed look of the front of the house, in either black/white or color. Whoever is selected will then be paid additionally for any work beyond the concept phase. Landscaping is not part of the scope of this project. Design changes to house itself only.
