Professional to design a unique AirBnB according to Indian weather and standards

I am looking for a professional designer who can create a unique AirBnB that is tailored to the Indian weather and standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing accommodations that blend modern and minimalist styles with an Indian touch. Apart from the exterior and interior designing, I will also be requiring a list from where the purchases can be made and their costs. Location: The AirBnB will be located in an urban area, nestled between farm lands. Theme: While the client is undecided on a specific theme, they want the design to be unique, modern, minimalist, and with an Indian touch. Rooms and Bathrooms: The AirBnB should have 3-4 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Initial thought is that there will be 2 containers, one on top of the other, so 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms there and 1 bubble house with an covered, open bathroom.
