Will be responsible for complete Recruitment Cycle from Requirement Gathering from Project Manager, Sourcing , Screening , Scheduling , Finalizing the candidate. Will be leading 1 or 2 junior recruiters. 2. Will be doing recruitment on .NET, Java, PHP, Web Designing, SEO, Technical Writers, Oracle, Flash, Mobile Application Developers, Business Analysts, Marketing and Some Senior Profiles. 3. Will have to ensure that all open positions are closed as per the decided timeline. 4. Must have Excellent oral and written communication skills.
