You have no concept of budgeting for a professional presentation of this length. Minimum talent fee for a project of this nature should be $300. You would have to rent a professional brick and mortar studio at a minimum of $300/hour too. Minimum time to record professionally would need to be figured at 2.25 times the length of the script. Editing time and professional prep require 3-4 times the length of the recorded script. Then there is mixdown (Rendering) and post production prep plus upload time. When you factor in the realistic time involved and talent plus investment by the talent/producer of professional quality audio, you should be budgeting a minimum of $675 for talent fee alone.
My costs are less since I work from a PROFESSIONAL QUALITY studio at home, so my studio fees are only $135/hr with a 1-hour minimum, billed in 1/4 hr increments after that. Initial account setup is a one-time charge of $25 and post-production/editing and delivery is billed at regular studio hourly.
Stop looking for something for nothing ,unless you want amateur results!
This is meant to give you a more realistic of what you should be budgeting. You do get what you pay for in the end. I don't expect you'll be hiring me unless you really want great results, but if you plan to utilize the work for your own profit, remember others are in business to profit too and we all have expenses.
