Our android app is visited by more than 1,00,000 users daily. The app has a dedicated built-in helpline which allows our growing user base to interact with us. We receive few queries, feedback, suggestions from our growing user base and need someone to respond to these. This helps us maintain customer engagement, and increase the lifetime value of each customer. Skills - Strong communication skills, and strong grasp on Oriya language and English grammar is a must. Past Experience - Past experience with customer support and engagement is a plus. Remuneration - INR 12,000 - INR 15,000 / month
