We are looking for an administrative assistant/data processor to work with our NY office. Order entry, style info entry, and the like. Most of the work takes place on our proprietary software (which we train you on), Microsoft Excel, and email. Good communication with team members in NY and in other remote locations is essential. Candidates must be fluent at communicating in English. They will also need to have a PC with a consistent and fast internet connection. Much of the communication takes place via Skype. Candidates will be needed for 30 to 40 hours per week. They will need to work during NY business hours. Our company has been around for over 70 years and many of our employees have been with us for decades. We are looking to train our new employees well and have long term relationships with them. We are looking for someone with great communication skills, who is very detail oriented and organized and is a good learner (as we provide a lot of training and assistance in the beginning).
