Looking for an experienced live chat manager who can perform the following: 1. Create and manage the schedule for agents. 2. Monitor the chat logs every day and train the agents. 3. Train new agents 4. Manage multiple clients from different industries. 5. Update workflows and knowledge base as and when required. 6. Prepare weekly reports All training will be given. It was good though the only reason I am without a job is the fact that the company closed down. 3. I will review the mistake made by the agent to judge the severity of it. I've been a chat agent myself and a manager for over 8 years. I've worked with reputable companies for chat projects like AT&T, McAfee, Microsoft and worked with e-commerce websites, CRMs etc for these companies with absolute confidence and performance. As a manager I've handled over 10 agents at a single shift in past and have worked with multiple chat agents like LogMeIN Chat Client for Remote Assistance and LiveChat for chat support. Answers to your questions: 1. Over 10 agents monitoring through their chats and random monitoring. 2. As a manager I've served for 2 years in AT&T ConnecTech Chat (Tier 3 Technical Project), managed for a non-technical customer service project for Quantum Fulfilment (Natural News) 3. I've over 8 years of psychology experience and this gives me a great edge here. Handling mistakes through live coaching and quick coaching sessions. Talk to them about the reason for the mistake, coach them on possible resolutions and acknowledge their understanding. Before all this, ensure that I connect to them with an informal ice breaker for them to be ready to lower their defences and be able to accept coaching. 4. I have worked as a manager customer service for handling live chat, email support and phone support since 2011 for a customer service company. I have managed a team of ten agents working on different campaigns. I have worked on the campaigns of customer service for an online flower shop, renovation companies, recruiting companies and transcription services. While handling live chat service, I was working with the responsibilities given below: checking attendance, login times and daily and hourly availability of the agents monitor the chat logs on daily basis and point out mistakes for the agents and guide them towards the best way of handling the situation. preparing product knowledge material and having the agents go through it to learn properly to avoid any mistakes conducting training sessions and refresher courses for the agents arranging weekly team gatherings to discuss and resolve the issues of the agents managing multiple clients and projects preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports The best plan of action in case an agent makes a mistake is to .point out the mistake of the agent and talk to him/her about it nicely without being rude .teach them to own the mistake and admit it readily without making any excuses .ask the agent to fix the mistake . tell them the possible loss that mistake could cause to the team, company and employee himself . teach the agent to learn from the mistake and not to repeat it Kindly get back to discuss it further. 1. I used to manage a 20-agent teams that specialize in providing excellent customer service through live chats. 2. My last job was an excellent learning opportunity and I developed my skills and experience in numerous different ways. While I already had strong technical and phone skills, I didn’t have any previous experience of Team Management. When my employer introduced a new team for me to manage they gave me the opportunity to undertake additional training so as to be able to work effectively with this. I was then able to put this training into practice on a day-to-day basis and I am now extremely adept at training, coaching and managing teams and agents. 3. When an agent made a mistake, create an action plan to address the underlying issues. Begin by discussing your findings with the agent's supervisor. Work with the supervisor to identify all available resources that can be used to support the agent's development. This may include enrolling the agent in additional training or up-training sessions, providing reference materials or job aids, offering additional system or communication skills training, or regularly assigning time for the agent to sit with an outstanding colleague to learn the proper way to handle interactions. 4.
