Mechanical and electrical design for an apartment

We are seeking a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Design Engineer to collaborate with us on the design of an apartment project. We need the following designs for a small apartment with an area of around 80sqm + 60sqm terrace. Lighting Plan: 1- Fixture Placement: Indicate the precise locations for all lighting fixtures, including smart and energy-efficient options. 2- Lighting Control Systems: Specify the use of a smart lighting control system for seamless integration with the overall smart home ecosystem. 3- Lighting Types: Detail the use of LED fixtures and smart bulbs, considering color temperature preferences for different areas. Electrical Plan: 1- Outlet and Switch Placement: Clearly mark the placement of electrical outlets, switches, and receptacles throughout the apartment, including smart outlets. 2- Power Distribution: Illustrate the distribution of power circuits for various appliances, devices, and smart home systems. 3- Smart Home Hubs: Specify the location of smart home hubs to control and monitor various devices from a central point. Plumbing Plan: 1- Fixture Placement: Design the placement of plumbing fixtures, including sinks, faucets, showers, and toilets. 2- Water Supply and Drainage: Ensure efficient water supply and drainage systems, considering water-saving features and sustainability. 3- Smart Plumbing Devices: Integrate smart plumbing devices such as touchless faucets and smart water meters. HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning): 1- Heating and Cooling Zones: Design heating and cooling zones for optimal temperature control in different areas. 2- Smart Thermostats: Specify the use of smart thermostats with zoning capabilities for energy-efficient climate control. 3- Ventilation System: Include details of a ventilation system to ensure proper air circulation and indoor air quality. Underfloor Heating System: 1- Heating Zones: Outline zones for underfloor heating, considering different temperature requirements for various spaces. 2- Smart Thermostats for Heating Control: Integrate smart thermostats to control and monitor the underfloor heating system efficiently. 3- Energy Efficiency Measures: Include insulation details to enhance the energy efficiency of the underfloor heating system. Smart Home Integration: 1- Compatibility: Ensure that all mechanical and electrical systems seamlessly integrate with popular smart home platforms. 2- User Interface: Design a user-friendly interface for residents to control and monitor all systems through a central hub or mobile app.
