Hello I'm a mechanical engineer, i was once involved in the mechanical design of a rotary crystallizer (essencially a rotary dryer/kiln) for CuSO4, the dimensions of that equipment was 2.3x13.8 meters, I also been responsible of creating general arrangements for a CaCO3 grinding plant, in this plant we used a chinese rotary dryer, dimensions: 1.8x15 meters, both dryers using heat gases. I have never designed the thermal part of equipment like this but I found this kind of job very interesting. I can help you with the mechanical design and CAD drawings for your dryer (power requirement for the rotary movement of the dryer, components selection: transmission, bearings, shafts, etc., GA drawings for your plant, manufacturing drawings for your dryer, ventilation ducts for clean and dirty air side, assembly drawings showing in detail the load and unload of the dryer, storage bins drawings, auxiliary conveyors) In my portfolio you can find out what tools can I use for your project.
