I need someone to modify the attached house floor plan for a renovation job. The client owns an old Belgian time villa which is run down and poorly planned for todays standards. We are looking to convert it to the following; 1. 3 Bedrooms, atleast the master ensuite and the other two either ensuite or sharing a bathroom 2. Increase the size of kitchen and perhaps make the house more open 3. Introduce a visitor washroom from the lounge/dining 4. extend the terrace to include a bar/outdoor chilling area Need someone to propose a new layout with minimal demolitions. We are ready to demolish to make the bathrooms, etc and the bigger kitchen but we don't want to start modifying the room walls. We dont mind to add walls for new bathroom within the large bedroom which could be the master in the redesigned house. Thanks
