Articulate - project average percentage tally

This scenario-based eLearning simulation was designed to help technical support personal improve customer relations and over-all customer satisfaction. Following are the 3 things I need help with. 1) The main screen represents a help desk queue (slide #1.14) with 5 issues to resolve. When the learner selects an issue from the queue he / she will be taken to a screen with 3 possible responses (slide #'s 1.15, 1.37,1.30, 1.2, 1.47) to the customers inquiry, each response has a different rating. I need to insert the rating and a checkmark from the learners response back on the main screen (slide #1.14). 2) Once the learner completes all 5 help desk issues I need a pop-up " congratulations your average rating for today is XYZ" message to display on main screen slide #1.14. 3. Also, I'd like for a message to display if idol for a certain amount of time that ask "Would you like to pick up where you left off or start at the beginning" I would also like a general QA of the entire project functionality, spelling and grammar.
