Creating two animations in our Unity 2D game project

Our Unity 2D game project is in the genre of arcade. It has similar concept such as Candy Crush games. It is childish and colorful. It should also have attractive animations.
We need two animations in our Unity 2D game project:
1- There will be a cute frog icon in the bottom of gameplay screen. When user pressed the icon, frog extends its tongue to given target and take this target out of the screen.
2- There will be a cute tongue icon in the bottom of gameplay screen. When user pressed the icon, tongue animation appears on the screen and licks all items on the game arena screen.
Note that it very important two animations have to be childish and cute.
